Manage your account
The account page keeps billing, creator connections and sensitive account actions separate from the daily dashboard.
Account summary
The top area shows the signed-in email address and the current credit balances. Free monthly credits, subscription credits, paid credits and reserved credits are displayed separately.
Credits and billing
Payments are handled through an external payment provider. Free AI Video Maker Online does not store card details. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed through the billing flow.
Monthly plans and top-ups
Monthly plans add recurring creator credits. Credit top-ups add extra paid credits when you need more capacity. Top-up credits are tracked separately from monthly credits.
Billing history
Confirmed credit purchases, monthly subscription credits and plan changes are listed in the billing history with date, item, credits, amount, status and reference.
Upload connections
Upload connections let finished videos be sent later to a video platform with reviewed metadata. You can connect or disconnect those links from the account page.
Affiliate panel
The affiliate panel shows your referral link and basic referral totals when affiliate access is available for your account.
Account deletion
The delete area is intentionally separated from billing and creator tools. To delete an account, the account email address must be entered again as confirmation.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card handling runs through an external payment provider. The local account page stores billing status and references, not full card data.
Are subscription credits and paid credits the same?
No. Subscription credits belong to the current monthly plan period. Purchased top-up credits are tracked as paid credits.
Why connect platforms from the account page?
The account page is the right place for external platform connections. Actual uploads are started from finished videos after metadata has been reviewed.
Where do I find my referral link?
When affiliate access is active, the account page shows your referral link and basic referral totals in the affiliate panel.
Why do I have to type my email before deleting?
Deleting an account is a sensitive action. Typing the email address helps prevent accidental deletion.
