For accounts we process email address, login data, session data, account status and credit information so users can create videos and manage results. When logging in with Google, we process the Google-verified email address, a technical Google user ID and the Google profile name for sign-in.

Uploaded images, texts, audio files, product data, rights confirmations and generated videos are processed to create, display and download videos. Finished videos are made available in the dashboard for a limited time.

For AI assistance, voices or AI video generation, content may be transmitted to technical providers such as OpenAI or Google where required for the requested function.

The website uses necessary cookies and sessions for login, language, security and operation. Tracking or marketing cookies are only used with separate consent.

Data is stored only as long as required for account handling, billing, security, video creation or legal obligations. Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing.

A YouTube connection is created only when you actively start it from your account. We use the youtube.upload permission solely to upload a finished video that you deliberately select to your own YouTube channel. We do not read, manage or publish other videos on your channel. We retain the OAuth credentials required for the connection only while the connection is active and for uploads that you start. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from your account; the stored credentials are then removed. Google and YouTube data is not sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties for that purpose.

With explicit consent, we record visited signed-in areas and generator jobs started to improve usability and workflows. We do not store content, complete URLs with parameters, or IP addresses for this purpose. Consent is voluntary, can be withdrawn in the account at any time, and is not required to use the service.
