Users can enter texts, images, audio files and prompts to create videos or other content. An account is required once paid or saved functions are used.

Users are responsible for uploading or using only content, product data and images for which they have the required rights or sufficient permission. This applies in particular to product images, product text, trademarks, music, voices, logos and other third-party content.

Results from external AI services may vary. Users must review finished content before publication.

Paid functions are charged using credits. Estimated costs are shown before starting a job where technically possible.

Finished videos are available for download for a limited time. Maintenance, external providers or technical issues may affect availability.

Illegal, fraudulent, abusive or security-risking use may lead to restricted functions or account suspension.

Before product data or uploads are used, a rights confirmation may be required. The user warrants that their inputs and uploads may be used for the requested video creation and later use. To the extent permitted by law, the user indemnifies the operator against claims arising from unlawful or unauthorized user content.

Videos requested as public are not automatically published at first. Public display, ranking pages or SEO areas may depend on prior review, moderation or approval. Content may be blocked, removed or set to private in case of complaints, legal risks or violations.

Amazon product data, images, trademarks and links may be used only within the current Amazon programs, API licenses and applicable law. Until suitable API rights are available, users may provide product data and images manually only if they are authorized to do so.
