Merge videos FAQ
This page explains how to select finished clips, sort them and merge them into a longer video.
Select clips
Choose at least two finished videos. Failed or still-running jobs cannot be merged.
Set order
Use the numbers next to the clips to decide the order in the final video.
Choose merge mode
Fast merge uses hard cuts and is resource-friendly. Soft transitions use light fades and require more processing.
Use the same orientation
Merge only videos with the same orientation so the result stays cleanly framed.
Check cost
The estimated cost depends on mode and video length. The form shows the expected credits.
Download final video
After completion, the merged video appears in the dashboard and can be downloaded as an MP4.
How many clips do I need?
You need at least two finished clips.
Why must formats match?
Mixed orientations lead to messy edges or crops. Vertical clips should be merged with vertical clips.
Is there a maximum length?
Yes. The merged video must not exceed the maximum length allowed by the system.
Why can merging fail?
Typical reasons are missing source files, mixed orientations, too-long results or technical export errors.
