How the dashboard works
The dashboard shows your account, credit balance, generated images, finished videos and created songs in one place.
What you see on the dashboard
After login, the dashboard is the central overview for your generated content. Images, videos and songs are separated, so you can find results quickly and reuse matching media.
Overview
The page header identifies the workflow area and confirms that you are in the creator dashboard.
Logged in account
This card shows the email address of the account currently using the creator tools.
Credits
This card shows free credits, paid credits and reserved credits. Reserved credits are blocked for jobs that are queued or processing.
Created jobs
Finished and active jobs are listed with the newest results first. Failed jobs are hidden from this customer list.
Images and videos
The dashboard separates generated images, videos and songs. Use filters or the sidebar to focus on one result type, or stay on the overview to see all areas.
Use images in videos
Finished AI image jobs can show selectable thumbnails. Choose one or more generated images and start a video workflow with those images already inserted.
Manage songs
Finished songs appear in their own area with cover, short description, lyrics note and MP3 download.
Preview
Each job shows a preview. AI videos can show the generated video, while image videos use the first uploaded image as preview.
Download
When a job is finished, the download button saves the finished file with a clear Free AI Video Maker Online file name.
Availability
Finished videos are available for 14 days. Each job card shows how many days remain before the video expires.
How long are videos available?
Finished videos are available for 14 days after creation. The remaining time is shown on each job card.
What do the credit values mean?
Free credits are monthly credits, paid credits are purchased credits and reserved credits are temporarily blocked for running jobs.
Can I use generated images in a video?
Yes. When an AI image job is finished, select the images on the dashboard and open the video creator with those images already attached.
Where do I find created songs?
Created songs are shown in the dashboard under songs. There you see the cover, song notes and MP3 download.
Why are failed jobs not shown?
The customer dashboard focuses on usable results. Failed jobs are handled internally and credits are released when a paid job fails.
How are downloaded files named?
Downloads start with freeaivideomaker_online and include the job ID, so exported files can be assigned later.
